How to Purchase Class Packs

1. Go to runqiaodu.com/register

2. Click the class pack you’d like to purchase.

3. Log in or create an account following the pop up.

4. Follow through with the booking system to pay for the selected item.

5. For The Membership, make sure to toggle on Autopay if you’d like for us to automatically repurchase your class pack every month! For all other class packs, we recommend purchasing as needed manually.

How to Book Classes

1. Go to https://runqiaodu.getomnify.com/#!/schedules/

2. Log in to your account.

3. Locate the classes you’d like to attend.

4. Follow through with the booking process.

5. Check under your Schedule in your profile to confirm it has been booked. You should have received an email immediately as well.

How to cancel Classes

1. Go to https://runqiaodu.getomnify.com/#!/schedules/

2. Log in to your account.

3. Click your profile.

4. Under my schedule, click the class you want to cancel.

5. Cancel the class

How to Locate Zoom Links
You will always get an email from Omnify for all bookings. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder & Promotion folder. If you can’t locate it, follow the steps below.
 
2. Log in to your profile.
3. Locate the class of interest and click “Details” to access the Zoom link

Troubleshoot
I can't book classes
This may occur if you’ve already booked the same class already. If this solution does not work, please contact us at support@gmail.com as soon as possible to make sure we can get you in class on time.
 
1. Let’s check to see if you’ve already booked the class by going to https://runqiaodu.getomnify.com/my-schedule/
 
2. If you don’t see the class listed, we will have to try booking the class again. 
 
Go to https://runqiaodu.getomnify.com/my-subscriptions/ and click “Book Class” with the classpack you’d like to use.
 
3. If you’re still having issues, email us immediately so that we can get this resolved as soon as possible.
I don't see my booking
This may occur if your attempt to book a class has failed. If this solution does not work, please contact us at support@gmail.com as soon as possible to make sure we can get you in class on time.
 
1. Go to https://runqiaodu.getomnify.com/my-subscriptions/ and click “Book Class” with the classpack you’d like to use. Try to book the class again.
 
2. If you still don’t see the booking after attempting this, email us immediately so that we can get this resolved as soon as possible.
 
I can't find the email with the Zoom link
This may occur if your email is sorting our emails as Spam or Promotion.
 
1. The best way to ensure that the booking was successful AND to locate Zoom links is to use our booking system. Go to https://runqiaodu.getomnify.com/my-schedule/
and locate the class of interest.
 
2. Click “View Details” to locate the Zoom link.
